Return Guidelines

You have 14 days from the date of your purchase to request a return. After 14 days, unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Certain products are not eligible for return. These include perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines), intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

Certain health and personal care products

Return Process

To process your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address listed on the shipping invoice, as this is the shipping company’s address, and we will not receive the item if it’s sent there.

IMPORTANT: Contact Us Before Returning Any Items

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

In certain cases, only partial refunds may be issued, such as:

Books with visible signs of use

Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records

Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts not due to our error

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first recheck your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, reach out to your bank, as there is often a processing period before refunds are reflected.

Non-Refundable Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at [email protected].

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, who will be informed of your return.

Shipping Returns

To return your item, please email us first—do not return it to the shipping company or the address on the shipping label.

You are responsible for covering your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that all returns must be sent with full tracking and signature confirmation. If the item is lost or not received and was not shipped with tracking or signature confirmation, you will be fully responsible.

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary depending on your location.

For items valued over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
